Did you know? From 2000-2020, the average cost of college tuition and fees rose by over 69%, creating financial strain and additional barriers for students & families by reducing their options when it comes to continuing education…

Now, with The Quad Connection (TQC), helping students achieve their higher education dreams is easier than ever! Our unique platform facilitates scholarships for students through a completely confidential database. Interested in giving back to your alma mater? We allow donors to make even GREATER impacts by creating opportunities to contribute directly to student scholarship funds versus a schools “general fund.”

Through the platform:

Simply search for students to support based on custom filtering criteria such as state, school, major(s)/field(s), class, sex, and race.
Review confidential student profiles, approved by TQC, and pledge donations to the student(s) of your choice.
TQC then coordinates the collection of pledges for each student and issues the scholarship(s) directly to the school on the students behalf.

Your Donation Is Secure

As you make your donation, TQC places all contributions in a secured escrow account where you are able to maintain full control of your funds until a designated “closing date.” The donations are tagged to your specific selection(s) and remain under your control, to be added to or withdrawn at your discretion, until the closing date for each selected student. It is only at the closing date for each identified student(s) that TQC withdraws the designated funds from the secure escrow account.

When TQC accesses the funds, our team confirms all student information for accuracy and then issue the scholarship(s) directly to the designated school(s) on behalf of the student(s). Each school is required to issue conformation of:

The receipt of the funds;
The viability of the identified student(s), and;
Conformation that the scholarship was applied to the students(s) tuition account.

After the scholarship(s) have been dispersed, TQC supplies you with a tax deduction receipt, dated with receipt of funds by TQC, along with our sincere gratitude for making education more affordable for so many.

How much of my contribution goes to organization operational expenses?

Boasting a distribution rate far in excess of most charities, TQC guarantees a minimum of 95% distribution or TQC guarantees a 95+% distribution.

What is the duration of my pledge, single term or ongoing?

TQC seeks support for its scholarship recipients on a single period/semester basis. Students indicate their semester need as part of their application and must re-apply to be eligible for support in a new semester.

Your money is yours. TQC does not want to take or hold your contribution for any longer than necessary, allowing you to manage your own finances and donate when desired/possible for your to do so.

What happens if a student receives more in donations than the amount of the tuition bill?

TQC only provides scholarships to students for the pro-rated amount indicated in their application. TQC will attempt to return excess funds (pro-rated if multiple donors), back to the donors, as if they never made the donation.
